Abstract

Desde el cambio al neoliberalismo de los ochenta, y la globalización del comercio y los flujos de información una década más tarde, las ciudades alrededor del mundo se han enfrentado con crecientes y complejos retos sociales: “segregación espacial, separación y exclusión” (Bauman, 1998: 3).
